banana pudding
a simple and deliscous dessert to make all you need is a couple of boxes of jello vanila pudding and a box of vanila cookies and fresh ripe bananas follow the directions on the box of pudding to mix line bowl with cookies pour in pudding mix with banana slices as in picture top with whipcream and bananas or even sliced strawberries

beerbut chicken

1 whole chicken1 tall can o' beer (16 oz. tallboy)olive oil 4 cloves garlic crushed salt and and your favorite beer. seasoning for chicken (or use a seasoning blend or your own favorites):
4 cloves garlic, crushed fresh basil a pinch of cayennesalt and blackpepper4 cloves garlic, crushed fresh basil a pinch of cayennesalt and pepper Rub liberally with seasonall or mrs dash . or olive oil, basil, lots of fresh pressed garlic, salt, and a pinch of cayenne Get a can opener or some such tool and open up the top of the can and drop in the crushed garlic. Oil up the can and lower that chicken over top of it. The beer can goes into the chicken's body cavity and allows the bird to stand upright. Cover your grill and cook the chicken until its wings are loose and the skin turns clear. This is terrific with garlic potatoes or roasted corn

blackberry dumplings Ingredients: 2 bags frozen blackberries 2 cups Bisquick baking mix 1/2 cup milk 1 cup sugar 1 egg 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil 1/3 cup water Place blackberries in large covered pot, add 1/2 cup sugar and 1/3 cup water and bring to a boil. In the meantime, in a small bowl, mix Bisquick, milk, egg, oil and remaining sugar to form a dough, but not as thin as pancake dough, not as thick as biscuit dough, to be dropped from spoon.
Into boiling berries, drop by spoonful spacing over top of pot. Reduce heat immediately to medium low and cover. Steam for approximately 15 minute. Do not remove lid for first 15 minutes so dumplings will cook through. Serve topped with whipping cream.

when i fry chicken i only fry it long enough to brown it then i put it in the oven to finish cooking heres my recipe first i marinade it for an hour in a mixture of rosemary salt black pepper and a little msg afterwards when my oil is hot i drop the chicken into self rising flour then place it into the fryingpan after the chicken is brown then i put the pieces on a nonstick baking sheet spreaded apart in an oven at 350dg for 30mins or until they are cooked i have also found that the best seasonings for chicken is the same the ones as founded in seasoned stuffing img.

fudge squares one cup butter or margarine softened 1 1/2 cups sugar 3 eggs 1teaspoon vanilla 1 cup all purpose flour 1/4 cup baking cocoa 1/2 cup chopped walnuts 1 can(14 ozs)sweetened milk 1 cup sherded coconut icing 1 cups confectioners sugar 1/4 cup baking soda 5 table spoons evaporated milk 12tablespoons butter or margarine 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract mix ingredients in bowl spraed on greased baking pan 13.inx9inx2in bake at 350deg. for30 min. combine icing ingredients until smooth spread over warm bars cool for one hour before cutting bon appettit

Coconut Ice

One delicious dessert is coconut ice the recipe for it is down below
Scald milk in a small saucepan. Put twoo cups of coconut in a sieve. Pour scald milk over coconut in the sieve, while holding the sieve over a large bowl to catch the milk. use a spoon to sqeeze all the milk out of the coconut. Combine coconut milk, cream of tarter, in a large saucepan. Cook over low heat, constantly sirring until sugar has dissolved. After sugar is dissolved remove pan from heat and add beaten egg yolk. Beat well with a spoon. Stir in remaining coconut and add 2 or 3 drops almond extract. you can add more almond extract if desired. Pour into 2 pie pans. cover with plastic wrap and place in freezer. After 4 hours remove coconut ice from freezer. break apart with a fork and serve right away.http://www.example.com/coconuy.gif>.

You will need:
2 cups of whole milk
3 cups of shredded coconut,fresh or packaged
1 cup of sugar
pinch of cream of tarter
1 beaten egg yolk
few drops of almond extract
